摘　　要：新时期下,高校德育教育和法制教育对培养学生具有十分重要的意义。德育教育和法制教育是相辅相成的,德育教育可提高学生守法自觉性,法制教育有助于提高学生的德育水平。在实际教学时,应制定合理的教学规划、丰富授课内容,特别注重学生主体思想培养。Under the new period, the moral education and legal education in Colleges and universities are of great significance to the cultivation of students. Moral education and legal education are complementary to each other, Moral education can improve students＇ consciousness of abiding by law, Legal education helps to improve the level of moral education of students. In practical teaching, Reasonable teaching plan and rich teaching content should be made, Special attention to the cultivation of students＇ main body.
