医学大学生对无偿献血的认知、态度及影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的了解医学大学生对无偿献血的认知、态度及影响因素,以便更好地推动无偿献血工作的开展。方法采用自行设计医学大学生无偿献血认知、态度和行为调查问卷,选取医学大学生1 072名进行问卷调查。结果 1医学大学生对于无偿献血相关知识了解不够全面;2对于无偿献血的态度不积极;3女生对无偿献血的知识、态度得分高于男生(P<0.05);4有献血经历的医学生无偿献血相关知识知晓程度、献血态度均高于未献过血的学生(P<0.05)。结论 1医学大学生对无偿献血的认知程度较差、态度良好率偏低;2医学大学生对无偿献血的认知、态度受性别、是否有献血经历的影响;3医学大学生参加无偿献血的主要原因是无偿奉献心理。Objective To study the knowledge and attitude to voluntary hlood donation among medical un- dergraduates and explore the influencing factors for promoting blood donation. Methods We designed the questionnaire on knowledge, attitude and behavior of blood donation in medical undergraduates＂ blood dona- tion. Then investigated the knowledge and attitude to the voluntary blood donation among 1072 Tangshan medical undergraduates and its influencing factors using stratified cluster sampling method. Results The medical undergraduates didn＇t understand the knowledge blood donation very well, and their attitude for blood donation needs to be strengthened. The awareness rate and the attitude scores of medical female un- dergraduates were higher than medical male undergraduates. The awareness rate of medical undergraduates who had blood donation history was higher than who hadn＇t blood donation history on blood donation knowledge; the attitude scores to blood donation of medical undergraduates who had blood donation history were higher than who hadn＇t blood donation history. Conclusions The medical undergraduates should learn more knowledge of blood donation and correct the attitude, whose knowledge and attitude to blood donation are affected by sex and experience to blood donation. The main reason is selfless dedication to blood donation for the medical undergraduates.
