摘  要:对660 MW亚临界汽轮机在启动或停机的低速过程中,可倾瓦轴承出现温度异常而碾瓦的原因进行了分析,从可倾瓦轴承的结构特点分析,确认由于底部瓦块承载过大、瓦块的自位能力受限,导致油膜破裂产生了碾瓦,并对该轴承及润滑油系统提出了改进措施。An analysis was conducted to both the structural features of a tilting-pad bearing and the reason of the bearing damage occurring in startup/shutdown of a 660 MW subcritical steam turbine due to abnormal temperatures, which was subsequently found to be caused by overloading at the bottom of the pad, resulting in limited self-aligning capability of the pad and broken oil film at low operation speed, thus leading to the bearing damage. Improvement measures were finally suggested for the bearing and lubricating system.
