摘  要:介绍了烟气SCR脱硝工艺及反应原理,对其喷氨控制传统方案存在的问题进行了分析,并进行了改进。工程实践证明:改进后的串级-前馈控制方式控制效果良好,既满足了环保排放标准,又降低了电厂脱硝运行成本,提高了脱硝控制系统的自动投入率。Based on the SCR flue gas denitrification technology and its reaction principle, problems existing in traditional method of SCR ammonia injection control were analyzed, to which improvement measures were proposed and taken. Engineering practices have proved that the improved cascade-feedforward control method has a good control performance. On the premise of environmental protection, the denitrification cost of the power plant is reduced, while the automatic input rate of the control system is improved.
