二维超声引导下声诺维输卵管造影判断输卵管通畅度的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨二维超声引导下声诺维输卵管造影(2D-Hy Co Sy)诊断输卵管通畅度的准确性及优势。方法对162例不孕症患者行2D-Hy Co Sy检查,观察其输卵管通畅度情况;以腹腔镜检查结果为金标准,计算2DHy Co Sy判断输卵管通畅度的敏感性、特异性、阳性预测值及阴性预测值。结果 162例不孕症患者,已切除18条输卵管,余191条通畅(62%),81条通而不畅(24%),34条阻塞(12%)。2D-Hy Co Sy判断输卵管通畅度的敏感性、特异性、阳性预测值及阴性预测值分别为80%、97%、0.80及0.97。结论 2D-Hy Co Sy可以准确判断输卵管的通畅度,且伤害性小、副作用少,不影响短期内受孕,可作为门诊筛查输卵管通畅度的首选检查方法。Objective To investigate the advantage and accuracy of 2D-hysterosalpingocontrast sonography（2D- HyCosy） in the diagnosis of fallopian tube patency rate. Methods One hundred and sixty-two infertile patients were enrolled in this study. 2D-HyCosy was performed for all patients,the diagnosis value（sensitivity, specificity,accuracy, positive predictive value and negative predictive value） was evaluated using the laparoscopy as a standard. Results In all 162 infertile patients,18 fallopian tubes had been removed, 191 were unobstructed,3d were occluded,and the rest 81 were accessible but not smooth. The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of 2D- HyCosy were 80%,97%,0.80 and 0.97,respectively. Conclusion 2D-HyCosy is easy to show the condition of fallopian tube accurately and safely,without side effects and not disturb pregnancy. So it is potentially chose for the outpatients to screen the tubal condition.
