复发性流产患者凝血功能和血液流变学指标检测分析

摘　　要：目的:检测分析复发性流产(RSA)患者凝血功能与血液流变性变化及其特点。方法:选择临床确诊RSA患者(RSA孕妇组,n=106)和同期产检正常孕妇(健康孕妇组,n=106)以及体检健康成年未孕女性(正常对照组,n=40),分别采用凝固法和血液流变分析技术,平行检测各组凝血功能指标和血液流变学指标,分析组间差异。结果:RSA孕妇组较正常对照组活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、血浆凝血酶原时间(PT)缩短,血浆纤维蛋白原(FIB)水平升高;RSA孕妇组较健康孕妇组APTT缩短,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而血浆凝血酶时间(TT)各组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);RSA孕妇组全血高、低切表观黏度,全血高、低切还原黏度及血浆黏度均高于健康孕妇组和正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:RSA患者凝血功能和血液流变性明显异常,积极针对性治疗,可能有利于减少流产,提高妊娠成功率。Objective：To analyse the blood coagulation function and hemorheology indexes in recurrent spon‐taneous abortion（RSA） patients .Method：Clinically diagnosed RSA patients （RSA group ,n=106） and the same period of normal pregnant women （healthy pregnant women group ,n= 106） ,as well as physical examination of healthy adult non pregnant women （normal control group ,n=40） were induded .The coagulation function indexes and blood rheology indexes of each group were determined by the analysis of blood coagulation and blood rheology , and the difference between the groups was analyzed .Results：RSA pregnant group compared with healthy pregnant women group and normal control group ,part of the partial thromboplastin time （APTT） ,plasma prothrombin time （PT） relationship ,fibrinogen （FIB） were increased ,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0 .05） ,and plasma prothrombin time （TT） in the differences among the groups was no statistical significance （P〉0 .05）;RSA pregnant women group ,the whole blood high and low shear viscosity ,whole blood high and low shear reduced vis‐cosity and plasma viscosity were higher than those of healthy pregnant women group and normal control group ,the difference was statistical significance （P〈0 .05） .Conclusion：The coagulation function and blood rheology were ob‐viously abnormal in RSA patients .Positive targeted therapy ,may be conducive to reduce abortion ,improve preg‐nancy success rate .
