摘 要:采用碱法从小麦秸秆纤维中提取植物纤维,用磷酸氢二钠与磷酸二氢钠混合盐对植物纤维进行阴离子改性,用3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵对植物纤维进行阳离子改性,制备了双变性植物纤维,通过正交分析法对阳离子改性工艺进行了优化,并将产品用于处理印染废水。实验结果表明,相比未改性纤维、阴离子纤维、阳离子纤维,双变性纤维表现出更高的脱色能力,且脱色后双变性纤维可以快速沉降。The plant fiber was extracted from wheat straw fiber by the method of Alkali method. Through the an- ionic modification of plant fiber with dibasic sodium phosphate and sodium dihydrogen phosphate, cationic modification of plant fiber with 3 - chloro - 2 - hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, the two modified fiber were prepared. The cationic modification process was optimized by orthogonal analysis through these steps, and the products were used in the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater. Decolorization test of printing and dyeing wastewater showed that compared with the unmodified fiber, anionic fiber, cationic fiber, the double modified fiber showed a higher decolori- zation ability. After decolorization, the double modified fibers could be quickly settling.
