摘 要:我国经济已进入持续高速发展阶段,能源将是制约我国经济、社会再发展的主要瓶颈问题。稻谷加工业必须向低能耗、低排放的环境友好型方向发展,大型碾米机的研制不仅仅是扩大产能,同时应提高碾米机的能效比。针对双辊碾米机单电机驱动和双电机驱动两种动力配备方式,对其利弊进行分析研究,结果表明,由3台1818型米机组成的日产100~120t大米生产线(4~5t/h),采用双辊单电机比双辊双电机机组,动力配备减少21kW;由3台2525型米机组成日产150~180t大米生产线(7~8t/h),采用双辊单电机比双辊双电机机组动力配备减少15kW,效率可提高3个百分点。In order to meet the development needs of low energy consumption, low emission and environmentally friendly direction for rice industry, large scale rice milling machine, as the expansion of production capacity, energy efficiency ratio should also be improved as the research focus. The double roller rice mill had two kinds of driving power distribution, single motor and double motor, the advantages and disadvantages were analysed. The results showed that 100~ 120 t rice production line (4~5 t/h) consisted of 3 sets of 1818 type rice milling machine, using double roller single motor unit than double roller double motor, equipped with power reduction of 21 kW; 150~180 t rice production line (7~8 t/h) consisted of 3 sets of 2525 type, using double roller single motor than double roller double motor units, equipped with power reduction of 15 kW, the motor efficiency could be increased by 3 percentage points.
