摘 要:以二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)、聚己二酸-1,4-丁二醇酯(PBA)为单体,1,4-丁二醇(BDO)为扩链剂,制备出了耐热性能较好、粘接强度较高的无溶剂耐热聚氨酯胶粘剂。采用单因素试验法优选出制备聚氨酯胶粘剂的相对最佳工艺条件,并对聚氨酯胶粘剂的相对分子质量、耐热性、粘接强度等进行了测试。结果表明,采用两步法制备无溶剂耐热聚氨酯胶粘剂的相对最佳工艺条件是:反应温度为70℃,预聚反应时间为2 h,扩链反应时间为30 min,初始热分解温度为307.87℃。With diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI), poly-1,4-butylene glycol adipate (PBA) as the monomer, 1,4-butanediol as chain extender, a good heat resistant solventless, polyurethane adhesive with high adhesive strength was prepared. The optimal process conditions of preparing the polyurethane adhesive were obtained by single-factor experiment method, and the molecular weight, heat resistance, adhesive strength of polyurethane adhesive were tested. The results showed that the optimal process conditions of preparing polyurethane adhesive by two-step method were as follows: the reaction temperature was 70℃, the pre-polymerization reaction time was 2 h, chain extending reaction time was 30 rain; and the initial thermal decomposition temperature was 307.87 ℃.
