摘　　要：本文根据奥巴马2016年2月提交的2017财年联邦政府预算案,分析美国2017财年研发经费预算的投入结构、主要部门经费分布与研发计划,总结2017财年研发投入的主要特点和重点以及研发投入领域,提出一些需要关注的研发投入方向以及启示。According to the president＇s R＆D budget for fiscal year 2017 which president Obama submitted in Feb. 2016, the paper analyzes the investment structure of the America＇s fiscal year 2017 R＆D budget, as well as the main department distribution and R＆D plans. Based on summarized the major characteristics and the main fields of R＆D investment in fiscal year 2017, it put forward some focus points and enlightenment.
