摘 要:[目的]筛选并鉴定莠去津降解菌,分析其降解特性。[方法]从土壤中分离降解菌,用形态观察、生理生化鉴定、16S r DNA序列扩增和同源性分析方法,明确菌株分类地位。通过改变培养条件,分析菌体生长、温度、pH值、盐度和碳源对莠去津降解的影响。[结果]降解菌为肠杆属细菌,菌体生长与莠去津降解同步,在25~35℃、pH值近中性、0.5%盐度、单糖或双糖下降解效果好。[结论]菌株具有较高的莠去津降解能力,具开发潜力。[Aims] The purpose was to isolate and identify atrazine degrading bacteria, and to analyzed its degradation characteristics. [Methods] Degradation strain was isolated from soil, and identified by morphological, physiological and biochemical, 16S rDNA sequences amplification and homology analysis methods. The effects of bacteria growth, temperature, pH, salinity and carbon sources on the degradation of atrazine were investigated by changing the culture conditions. [Results] The strain was identified as Enrerobacter sp. The growth of bacteria and degradation of atrazine was synchronization. The optimal degradation conditions were: 25-35 ℃, pH 7.0, salinity was 0.5%, simple sugar. [Conclusions] The strain has high ability to degrade atrazine and great development potential.
