摘  要:[目的]快速获得农药三元复配剂的最佳增效配比。[方法]采用三角坐标图法筛选丁醚脲-苯丁锡-溴虫腈三元复配对朱砂叶螨的最佳配比,并以共毒因子法和共毒系数法评价其增效程度。[结果]丁醚脲-苯丁锡-溴虫腈混剂的增效配方中的单剂含量分别为56%~63%、34%~63%及2%~~6%,其在三角坐标图中形成增效区域,在该区域内进一步评价各相邻配比混剂的毒力,其中配比(30/27/4.5)混剂对朱砂叶螨雌成螨处理后24 h的LC50值为30.53 mg/L,共毒系数为174.79,为该混剂的最佳配比。[结论]三角坐标图法直观反映增效配比区域,便于农药三元复配剂最佳配比的筛选。[Aims] This study aims to rapidly screen out the optimal ratio of ternary mixtures of pesticide. [Methods] The joint action of diafenthiuron, fenbutatin-oxide (FBO) and chlorfenapyr against Tetranychus cinnabarinus was bioassayed, and the synergism of the ternary mixture with optimal ratio was rapidly selected by triangle-coordinate figure method and means of co-toxicity factor and co-toxicity coefficient (CTC). [Results] The results indicated that the synergism ratios of mixture were 56-63% of diafenthiuron and 34-63% of FBO mixed with 2-6% of chlorfenapyr. These ratios formed synergism area in triangle-coordinate figure. The best synergistic effect was found in the ratio group diafenthiuron/FBO/chlorfenapyr 30/27/4.5 for its CTC of 174.79 with a LC^o of 30.53 mg/L at 24 h post-treatment. [Conclusions] Triangle-coordinate figure directly reflects the synergism ratio of area, is convienent to screen out the optimal ratio of ternary mixtures of pesticide.
