摘  要:[目的]为评价氯啶菌酯的潜在环境风险和其安全使用提供科学依据。[方法]参考经济合作与发展组织(OECD)化学品测试准则鱼类胚胎-卵黄囊吸收阶段的短期毒性试验方法,研究氯啶菌酯对斑马鱼胚胎发育的致死、致畸和对孵化率等影响。[结果]氯啶菌酯对斑马鱼胚胎的发育具有延迟作用,能降低孵化率、存活率和心率,并引起卵黄囊畸形、心包囊肿、脊柱弯曲等畸形症状。[结论]氯啶菌酯对斑马鱼胚胎发育具有明显的毒性作用,对生态环境具有潜在危害。[Aims] The aims were to assess the potential environmental risk of triclopyricarb(TCP) and provide scientific basis for its application. [Methods] The effects of TCP exposure on mortality rate, teratogenesis and hatching rate of zebrafish embryos were studied following the OECD guidelines for the testing of chemicals. [Results] TCP hindered the hatching process, and reduced the hatching rate, survival rate and heart rate of zebrafish embryos. Meanwhile, TCP caused a series of malformations such as yolk sac edema, pericardial edema and body axis curvatures. [Conclusions] TCP presented obvious toxic effects on the development of zebrafish embryo, which may bring potential hazard to the ecological environment.
