福慈康预防经尿道前列腺电切术后患者膀胱痉挛的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨福慈康穴位贴敷预防经尿道前列腺电切术（TURP）后膀胱痉挛的疗效。方法选择2014年9月至2015年5月在泌尿外科住院的72例良性前列腺增生并行TURP患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各36例。两组患者常规治疗、护理、手术方法均相同,观察组在此基础上加用福慈康穴位贴敷疗法。比较两组患者术后24 h膀胱痉挛发生次数、发生率、膀胱痉挛开始时间和严重程度。结果术后24 h观察组发生膀胱痉挛3例,发生率为8.33%,对照组发生膀胱痉挛12例,发生率为33.33%,两组发生率比较差异有统计学意义（χ2=6.8211,P=0.0090）。观察组患者发生膀胱痉挛3例共13次,其中术后6~12 h发生2例,术后12~24 h发生1例,平均发生时间为（9.01±1.04）h;对照组患者发生膀胱痉挛12例共58次,其中术后6 h以内发生6例,术后6~12 h发生4例,术后12~24 h发生2例,平均发生时间为（5.02±1.05）h。两组患者术后24 h内开始发生膀胱痉挛时间比较,差异有统计学意义（t=5.8955,P=0.0001）,观察组患者术后开始发生膀胱痉挛时间明显比对照组推迟。两组术后24 h内膀胱痉挛的严重程度比较差异有统计学意义（P=0.0061）。结论采用福慈康穴位贴敷能有效预防TURP术后引起的膀胱痉挛,有助于提高手术成功率,减轻患者的痛苦,并突显传统中医疗法与现代科技结合的优势和特色。Objective To explore the curative effect of Fu Ci Kang acupoint application in prevention of bladder spasm in patients with transurethral resection of prostate （TURP）.Methods 72 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia,who hospitalized in the Department of Urology and underwent TURP from September,2014 to May ,2015 were randomly divided into observa- tion group and control group with 36 eases in each.Both groups were given the same routine treatment, nursing and operations, and based on which the observation group were added the Fu Ci Kang acupoint application.Then, frequency,occurrence rate, start time and severity of bladder spasm 24 h after operation were compared between the two groups.Results 24 h after oper- ation, bladder spasm occurred in 3 cases in the observation group, the incidence was 8.33%, and occurred in 12 cases in the control group ,the incidence was 33.33%, so difference of the incidence was statistically significant （X2= 6.8211 ,P=0.0090）. Bladder spasm occurred in 3 cases（ a total of 13 times） in the observation group,of which 2 eases occurred 6 to 12 h after op- eration, 1 case occurred 12 to 24 h after operation, average time was（ 9.01 ＋ 1.04）h.In addition, bladder spasm occurred in 12 cases（ a total of 58 times） in the control group, of which 6 cases occurred within 6 h after operation,4 cases occurred 6 to 12 h after operation ,2 cases occurred 12 to 24 h after operation, average time was（ 5.02＋ 1.05 ）h.Difference of start time of blad- der spasm within 24 hours after surgery was statistically significant（ t = 5.8955, P = 0.0001 ）, and that of the observation group significantly delayed while comparing to that of the control group.There was statistically significant difference in the severity of bladder spasm within 24 h after operation in the two groups（P = 0.0061 ）.Conclusion To use Fn Ci Kang acupoint application can prevent bladder spasm after the TURP,increase operative success rate, relieve patients＇ pain, and highlight the ad- vantages and charact
