摘 要:探讨常规超声联合声触诊组织定量技术(Virtual Touch tissue Quantification,VTQ)在鉴别诊断乳腺良恶性肿块中的应用价值。自2014年2月至2015年6月期间收集同济大学附属第十人民医院385例患者共387个肿块,对各病灶进行声触诊组织定量检测,获取乳腺肿块VTQ值,肿块良恶性以病理(穿刺活检/手术切除)结果为金标准,构建ROC曲线,判断诊断价值。常规超声的敏感性、特异性、准确性分别为72.59%、84.27%、81.34%。VTQ的敏感性、特异性、准确性分别为80.11%、90.37%、87.21%。常规超声联合VTQ的敏感性、特异性、准确性分别为80.52%、92.44%、92.32%。常规超声联合声触诊组织定量技术能够提高诊断的敏感性、特异性和准确性,有助于乳腺良恶性肿块的鉴别诊断。Toexplore application value of combined use of ultrasonography and virtual touch tissue quantification in differentiating benign or malignant of breast lesions, from February 2014 to June 2015 385 patients with 387 leisons in our hospital were examined with virtual touch tissue quantification technique, and the VTQ (Virtual touch tissue quan-tification) values of breast lesions were obtained. The results of surgical pathology were taken as the golden standard and the ROC curve was constructed to evaluate diagnostic value. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of the diagnosis by ultrasonography are 72.59%, 84.27% and 81.34%; by VTQ are 80.11%, 90.37% and 87.21%; and by the combined use of them are 80.52%, 92.44% and 92.32%. The combined use of ultrasonography and virtual touch tissue quantification can help the differential diagnosis of breast lesions.
