摘  要:低温胁迫不同程度影响高粱种子萌发率和出苗率。选取粒用高粱BTx623和甜高粱Rio为试验材料,设置2℃、4℃、6℃、8℃和10℃5个温度梯度分别处理2 d、4 d、6 d、8 d、10 d、12 d、14 d、16 d、18 d和20 d,统计萌发率和出苗率,对低温条件下种子萌发和出苗的筛选条件提出建议,为高粱耐低温品种筛选提供参考。初步筛选高粱种子萌发阶段耐低温材料时建议采用8℃处理8~10 d统计萌发势,处理14~16 d统计萌发率,后续逐步提高选择压力。如果以出苗率为判断标准时,建议采用4℃或者更低温度处理14~16 d后统计出苗率。筛选、鉴定种子萌发阶段耐低温材料时应综合考虑萌发率和出苗率。The germination rate and seedling-emergence rate of sorghum are influenced by the low-tempera-ture stress with different degree.Grain sorghum BTx623 and sweet sorghum Rio were used as experimental ma-terials.The experimental materials were treated with 2 ℃,4 ℃,6 ℃,8 ℃ and 10 ℃ for 2 d,4 d,6 d,8 d,10 d,12 d,14 d,16 d,18 d and 20 d,respectively.The rates of germination and seedling emergence are used to evaluate low-temperature resistance.The selection conditions for seed germination and seedling emer-gence were put forward to provide reference for screening low-temperature resistant materials.It is recommen-ded that treated with 8 ℃ for 8 -10 d and 14 ~16 d to count seed germination vigor and germination rate at the early screening stage of seed germination period,and then gradually improve the selection pressure.If the rate of seedling emergence as a criterion,it is suggested that 4 ℃ or lower temperature treated for 14 ~16 d to count the seedling emergence rate.At the seed germination stage,the germination rate and seedling emer-gence rate should be comprehensively considered for screening and identifying low-temperature resistant mate-rials.
