摘 要:为了解广东省食用蛙类曼氏裂头蚴感染情况,2013年—2015年,从广州、肇庆和韶关等地区农贸市场共采集虎纹蛙、黑斑侧褶蛙、泽陆蛙、沼蛙和棘胸蛙等5种常见食用蛙样本1 304只,并对这些蛙类样本的曼氏裂头蚴感染情况进行剖检。结果显示,曼氏裂头蚴感染个体148只,总感染率为11.35%,共发现裂头蚴553条;沼蛙、黑斑侧褶蛙、泽陆蛙、虎纹蛙和棘胸蛙的感染率分别为3.61%、13.68%、3.11%、25.59%和2.93%;个体平均感染强度分别为1.44、3.41、1.43、4.48、1.16条/只;肌肉、体腔和皮下组织三个部位的寄生率分别为89.69%、6.87%和3.44%。结果表明,广东省食用蛙类曼氏裂头蚴感染比较普遍,对蛙类消费人群的健康构成潜在威胁。To survey the plerocercoid (Pseudophyllidea,Diphyllobothriidae) infection in frogs from different areas of Guangdong province,from 2013-2015,a total of 1 304 frogs of 5 species were examined in in three cities (Guangzhou, Zhaoqing and Shaoguan), including Hoplobatrachus chinensis, Pelophylax nigromaculatus , Fejervarya multistriata , Boulengerana guentheri , and Quasipaa spinosa. Overall, 553 worms of Spirometra were isolated from 148 frogs, accounting for 11.35 % of the total examined frog samples. The infection rates of the 5 examined species (Hoplobatrachus chinensis, Pelophylax nigromaculatus, Fejervarya multistriata, Boulengerana guentheri, and Quasipaa spinosa ) were 3.61 %, 13.68 %, 3.11 %, 25.59 % and 2.93% , respectively, while the mean densitys of infection were 1.44,3.41,1.43,4.48 and 1.16 worms per frog. Most (89.69% ) of the spargana located in muscular tissue,6.87% in subcutaneous tissue,and 3.44% in the coelomic cavity. The results showed that S. mansoni infection in frogs is common in Guangdong province, and eating frogs has great health risk.
