摘　　要：目的制定苦丁茶规范化种植生产标准操作规程。方法按照《中药材生产质量管理规范》(GAP)要求,根据苦丁茶的生物学特性,结合产区农业生态环境,进行多年实践验证,探索苦丁茶的规范化种植方法。结果按该规程生产出的苦丁茶药材符合法定质量标准要求。结论该规程具有可操作性及推广性,可为规范化种植苦丁茶提供技术参考。Objective To formulate the standard operating procedure（SOP） of standard cultivation ofllex kudincha C. J. Tseng. Methods To research standard cultivation of llex kudincha according to the requirements of the Good Agriculture Procedure of Chinese medicines（GAP）, based on the biological characteristics of Ilex kudincha, which had been practical proved for years combined with producing agricultural ecological environment. Results The produced kudincha medicinal materials achieve official-standard requirements. Conclusion This SOP have maneuverability and extension and may provide the reference for the standard cultivation of llex kudincha.
