广西大明山地区山绿茶种质资源及开发利用现状调查

摘　　要：目的掌握广西大明山地区的山绿茶种质资源分布情况及开发利用状况。方法采用实地踏查、标本采集、文献资料查阅与当地向导咨询相结合的方法对广西大明山地区山绿茶种质资源的地理分布及生境条件、生物学特性、群落特征及伴生植物、开发利用现状等进行调查研究。结果山绿茶喜生长于海拔600~800 m、坡度20°~40°、靠近水源、光照适中的黄壤林下或林缘。其基源植物海南冬青与同属几种植物类似,它们的形态特征主要区别在于幼枝的被毛情况和种子背部分核情况。由于生境破坏和不合理采收,大明山地区的山绿茶资源量正在逐年减少,资源短缺十分明显。结论采取各种积极的办法保护山绿茶野生种质资源,以保证山绿茶资源的可持续利用已刻不容缓。Objective To explore the wild germplasm and the utilization status ofllex hainanensis Merr. in Damingshan mountain（Guangxi）. Methods Survey was conducted via field investigation, specimen collection, references analysis and local guilds interview. The content of investigation was geographic distribution, habitat,biological and community characteristics, associated plants and development situation etc. Results The result showed that the most suitable growing environment of Ilex hainanensis was yellow soil forests and borders nearby water with a 20 - 40-degree slope and moderate light during 600 - 800 m altitudes .There were several congeneric species similar to Ilex hainanensis, and the main distinction were young branches pilose and splits on the back of seeds. Due to ecology destroy and unreasonable collecting, the resource of Ilex hainanensis in Damingshan mountain has been reducing. The resource is obviously in great shortage. Conclusion It is suggested that active methods should be adopted immediately for protecting wild resource of Ilex hainanensis to keep its sustainable utilization.
