连莪愈疡胶囊对大鼠乙酸烧灼型胃溃疡愈合的影响

摘　　要：目的观察连莪愈疡胶囊对大鼠乙酸烧灼型胃溃疡愈合的影响。方法 SD大鼠50只,予冰醋酸注射制作大鼠胃溃疡模型后,随机分为5组:分别予生理盐水、雷尼替丁胶囊、连莪愈疡胶囊(低、中、高3个剂量),连续灌胃14 d,处死大鼠,观察溃疡面积、溃疡指数及溃疡抑制率,并采用放免法测定血清胃泌素含量。结果连莪愈疡胶囊可明显降低溃疡指数,对溃疡抑制率明显升高,并能降低血清胃泌素含量。结论连莪愈疡胶囊具有促进大鼠乙酸烧灼型胃溃疡愈合的作用。Objective To investigate the effect of Lianeyuyang capsules （LEYY） on the healing of rats gastric ulcer induced by acetic acid. Methods The animal models were made by injecting acetic acid, and then fifty SD rats were randomly divided into normal saline （NS） group, ranitidine （RNTD） group, 0.8 g/kg· d LEYY group, 0.4 g/kg. d LEYY group and 0.2 g/kg·d LEYY group. The rats were adiministrated by intragastric infusion for 14 days. Area and index of ulcer, ulcer inhibiting rate and the content of serum gastrin were detected. Results Compared with NS group, area and index of ulcer and the content of serum gastrin were decreased significantly, while ulcer inhibiting rate was increased in LEYY groups. Conclusion The LEYY has healing effects on gastric ulcer of rats.
