摘 要:目的研究糖肾降蛋颗粒的配制工艺,找出其最优配制工艺条件。方法利用正交实验法优选糖肾降蛋颗粒水提工艺,并考察其成型工艺条件。结果优选的水提工艺为加15倍量水,煎煮3次,每次1 h。选择糊精作为该制剂的成型辅料。将70 g药材制成60 g颗粒。采用湿法制粒后,颗粒需在70~80℃干燥3 h。该颗粒具有吸湿性,需密封并将其置于干燥处。结论经验证,此配制工艺方法合理可行,并且具有可操作性。Objective To study preparation process of Tangshenjiangdan particles and find out the optimal preparation process. Methods Optimizing water extraction process by orthogonal experiment method, investigating the conditions of molding process. Results The best extraction process is that they are extracted for three times, and lh each time with water 15 times amount of the medicine. Picking dextrin as the preparation of molding materials. 70 g herbs can make 60 g particles. Adopting the wet legal system grain, the grain should be at 70 ℃to 80℃ drying 3 h. Particles need to seal in dry processing because the strong hygroscopicity. Conclusion It is proved that the preparation technology is reasonable and operable.
