我院妇儿药房儿科全样本处方点评分析

摘　　要：目的分析医院妇儿药房儿科全样本处方药物的应用情况,促进处方用药的合理性,提高处方质量,保障医疗安全。方法采用《问题处方登记表》点评分析医院2014年6月至2015年5月妇儿门诊305 336张处方。结果妇儿药房处方基本控制较好,不合格处方2 415张,其中用法、用量不适宜735张,居首位,占30.43%;其次为医生未签名或签名不符合要求504张,占20.87%;再次为超疗程开药406张,占16.81%。2014年12月不适宜处方达到最高,之后明显下降。结论通过儿科全样本处方点评,暴露了医院儿科门诊的用药问题,提高了临床医师处方质量和医疗质量,保障了医疗安全,最终达到合理用药、提升患者满意度的目的。Objective To analyze the application of the full sample prescription evaluation in the pediatric pharmacy of our hospital, to promote the prescription rationality, improve the quality of prescription, protect the safety of medical treatment. Methods 305 336 pre- scriptions from June 2014 to May 2015 in the pediatric outpatient were evaluated and analyzed using the Unqualified Prescription Reg- istration Form. Results The basic control of prescription in the pediatric pharmacy was good. There were 2 415 unqualified pre- scriptions,in which the unsuitable amount and usage ranking first with 735 pieces,accounting for 30.43% ;secondly,504 pieces were found with the doctor not signing the signature or the signature not according with the requirements,accounting for 20. 87% ;thirdly,406 pieces were found with drugs exceeding the course of treatment,accounting for 16.81%. December 2014 had the most unqualified pre- scriptions, after that there was a significant decline. Conclusion The use of full sample prescription evaluation in the pediatric phar- macy exposes the problem of drug use in the Pediatrics Outpatient Department of our hospital, improves the prescription quality and medical quality of the clinical physicians, secures medical safety, and ultimately achieves the purpose of rational drug use and patient satisfaction.
