摘　　要：为维护漳河河势稳定,保障防洪和基础设施安全,实现砂石资源在保护中开发利用、在利用中更好地保护的目的,对漳河进行了系统全面的采砂规划,划分了禁采区、可采区及保留区,以更好地指导采砂活动科学、有序地开展。In order to maintain the stability of Zhang River, guarantee the safety of flood control project and infrastructure and achieve the goal of developing and utilizing sand resources in protection, a systematic and comprehensive sand excavation plan is considered. In this plan, no-take area, mining area and reserved area are set up to guide mining process can be executed scientifically and orderly.
