摘　　要：通过阐述塔里木河流域水资源基本情况及水资源管理现状,论述了开展水资源监控建设的必要性,分析了现状水资源监控能力建设存在的问题,探讨改进方法。In this paper, the necessity of water resource monitoring and construction in Tarim River Basin is discussed, and the current situation of water resource monitoring and control is discussed.
