摘　　要：目的:研究乳腺增生病患者的舌象和脉图特点。方法:选择2015年4月-6月在上海中医药大学附属曙光医院体检的20-40岁女性作为研究对象,其中166例确诊为乳腺增生,163例作为健康对照组,对两组的脉图和舌象进行分析。结果:乳腺增生组脉图参数h3、h4、h5、h3/h1、h4/h1高于健康对照组,h5低于健康对照组。在RGB色度空间下乳腺增生组zhi Clr B高于健康对照组,Lab色度空间下乳腺增生组zhi Clr Lb低于健康对照组。结论:乳腺增生组和健康对照组相比,脉象较弦,舌象较青紫。舌脉象客观化结果与乳腺增生病的中医病机气滞血瘀相符,可用于乳腺增生规范化诊疗。Objective： To explore the characteristics of tongue images and pulse graphs for patients with breast hyperplasia. Methods： At the age ranging from 20 to 40, 329 women taking physical examinations at Shanghai Shuguang Hospital from April to June 2015 were selected as the subjects. Among them, 166 diagnosed with breast hyperplasia were included into the breast hyperplasia group and 163 healthy females were enrolled into the healthy control group. Tongue images and pulse graphs of both groups were compared and analyzed. Results： Compared to the healthy control group, the breast hyperplasia group had higher h3, h4, h5, h3/h1, h4/h1 and lower h5. In RGB chroma space, the breast hyperplasia group had higher zhi Clr B than control group, while in Lab chroma space, zhi Clr Lb was lower in the breast hyperplasia group. Conclusion： Compared to the healthy control group, breast hyperplasia patients have wirier pulse and more purple tongue. The results are in accordance with qi stagnation and blood stasis, the TCM pathogenesis of breast hyperplasia. Therefore, the objectivity of tongue image and pulse graph can be used in the standard system of diagnosis and treatment for breast hyperplasia.
