摘 要:本研究首先整理2015年版《中华人民共和国药典》(一部)和《中药学》教材中记载的中药功效术语,对其进行拆分和标准化,完成了功效概念的识别,将其作为语义网络节点;并通过系统分析,总结出中药功效概念间的促进、抑制、上下位和相似等4种语义关系;然后,通过计算功效间语义距离结合专家审核的方法,完成了功效语义网络的构建;最后,以示例方式,展现了功效语义网络在方剂整体功效的计算和可视化表达方面的应用。本研究构建的功效语义网络,能为中医方剂尤其是古方、自拟方的知识抽取、功效识别提供支撑,为更好地学习、理解与应用中医方剂奠定基础。Firstly, the study collected traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) efficacy terms from the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China(2015 Edition, Volume Ⅰ) and textbook-Science of Chinese Materia Medica. Then, efficacy concepts, as nodes of Semantic Network, were extracted through splitting and standardization for terms. Based on systematical analysis, four types of correlation relationship between efficacy concept nodes were proposed: promotion, restraint, super-subordination and similarity. Next, efficacy concept nodes were constructed by semantic distance between them and experts' assessments. At last, application of efficacy semantic network was developed: TCM prescription's efficacy computation and visualization. As a result, efficacy semantic network constructed in this study could be used to support knowledge extraction from ancient and self-developed prescriptions, efficacy automatic computation. It will be a guide in learning, understanding and using TCM prescriptions.
