中医临证处方规范化浅析

摘　　要：中医临证处方是医生根据自己对当前病证的认识,结合个人的经验创造性的运用方药学知识的过程,力求所开处方理、法、方、药环环相扣,君臣有序,相与宣摄,用之安全有效。规范化的中医处方原则应是"理明、法合、方对、药当",而优秀的处方则是"理精、法活、方灵、药准"。随着疾病谱的扩大,传统的中医临证处方方法已不能完全适应目前临床需要。研究探讨中医临证处方规范化,对于提高处方质量,提升医生的学术水平,促进合理用药及保障医疗安全等具有重要意义。在临床实践中,中医处方过程应做到有理、有据、有节,辨证论治,依法处方,推进中医药事业不断向前发展。Based on the knowledge of present diseases and syndromes, TCM doctors made prescriptions combining the individual experience with creative application of classical Chinese materia medica and formulaology of TCM. Doctors made prescriptions following the principle of linking theory, method, formula and herbs with each other, as well as establishing close cooperation between monarch and minister, assistant and guide in TCM prescriptions in order to realize the safety and effectiveness in use. The standardized prescription principle of TCM was ‘clear theory, corresponding treatment, correct prescription, appropriate medicine＇. An excellent prescription was made on the foundation of precise and flexible theory, method, formula and herbs. Traditional prescriptions were unable to fully meet the actual needs in clinical practice along with the increase in diseases. Exploring the standardization of TCM clinical prescriptions was of great significance to improve the prescription quality and enhance doctors＇ academic level as well as promote rational drug use and guarantee the medical security. In clinical practice, it should be reasonable, substantiated and rhythmed when making prescriptions. TCM doctors should make prescriptions according to treatment based on syndrome differentiation to promote the continuous development of traditional Chinese medicine.
