五运六气学说在针灸治未病中的价值及应用探讨

摘　　要：随着当代医学模式向健康医学模式的转化,越来越多的人们开始关注和研究针灸治未病。它作为中医治未病的主要手段,在防治疾病与养生保健中发挥着重要作用。如何早期确立介入时间以及介入脏腑一直是针灸治未病的焦点问题。五运六气学说是研究气象的周期性变化规律及其对生命活动影响的一门学说。这种周期性变化产生了生物的生长化收藏的气化方式,而规律地影响着自然气候、胎孕禀赋、后天罹患疾病方向等多个方面。因此,笔者将这种规律应用于针灸治未病中,通过早期预测气候变化、体质特点、偏弱脏腑,并根据针灸"母子补泻"原则,将五输穴应用于治未病中,以期早期、准确的确立针灸治未病方向、介入时间及原则,促进针灸治未病事业的进一步发展。With the modern medicine mode transforming to healthful medicine mode, more and more people begin to pay attention to preventive treatment of disease by acupuncture and moxibustion. As the main method in preventive treatment of disease, it plays an important role in prevention and treatment of disease and health care. The key question for preventive treatment of disease by acupuncture and moxibustion is to make sure the intervention time and zang-fu viscera at early stage. Five evolutive phases and six climatic factors is a theory of studying the period change rule of meteorology and its influence on life activities. The cyclical movement brings up the qi transformation of growth transforming store of the living things, and regularly affects several aspects such as the natural climate, endowment of pregnant period and the tendency of acquired disease. Therefore, the regular pattern is applied in preventive treatment of disease. According to the law of reinforcing and reducing manipulations of ‘motherson＇, the five-shu point is used in preventive treatment of disease by predicting the change in climate, characteristics of constitution and tendency of weak zang-fu viscera. To comfirm the direction, intervening time and principle of preventive treatment of disease in an early and accurate stage and promote further development of the preventive treatment of disease by acupuncture and moxibustion.
