海蒿子、羊栖菜、生甘草配伍及海藻玉壶汤中海藻不同品种与生甘草加减配伍的急性毒性实验研究  被引量:6

摘  要:目的:比较海蒿子或羊栖菜单味药、与生甘草配伍及其在复方中加减配伍对小鼠急性毒性的影响,评价单味药、反药组合及含反药组合复方的急性毒性。方法:参照小鼠急性毒性实验方法,进行不同组别小鼠急性毒性实验。结果:各组别对小鼠急性毒性表现为海蒿子煎液组>海蒿子生甘草合煎组>海藻玉壶汤去甘草(含海蒿子)组>海藻玉壶汤(海蒿子配生甘草)组>海藻玉壶汤去海藻甘草组>海藻玉壶汤去甘草(含羊栖菜)组;其余各组未表现出明显毒性。海蒿子煎液组LD50为35.73g·kg-1·d-1,海蒿子生甘草合煎组连续给药第6天,死亡数量达到半数,LD50(6)为40.83g·kg^(-1)·d^(-1)。结论:海蒿子煎液、海蒿子生甘草合煎液属小毒范畴,海蒿子与羊栖菜在单独应用、与生甘草配伍应用以及在复方海藻玉壶汤中加减配伍的急性毒性实验中,均表现出明显的差异,单用及各配伍组合中,海蒿子毒性高于羊栖菜。Objective: To compare the acute toxicity of Sargassum pallidum, Sargassumfusiforme, Radix Glycyrrhiaze and different Haizao Yuhu Decoction groups in mice. Methods: Different groups were prepared, and comparisons were made in accordance with the classical acute toxicity test methods. Results: The acute toxicity of different groups in mice is: Sargassum pallidumda〉Sargassum pallidum with Radix Glycyrrhiaze〉the Haizao Yuhu Decoction removed Radix Glycyrrhiaze (Sargassum pallidumda)〉the Haizao Yuhu Decoction (Sargassum pallidumda) 〉the Haizao Yuhu Decoction removed Sargassum and Radix Glycyrrhiaze〉the Haizao Yuhu Decoction removed Radix Glycyrrhiaze (Sargassum fusiforme). Conclusion: Sargassum pallidumda, Sargassum pallidum with Radix Glycyrrhiaze have low toxitity to mice with LD50 of 35.73g/kg body weight, LD50(6)of 40.83g/kg body weight. Sargassumfusiforme has no toxitity to mice.
