摘 要:在火车站站房附近进行隧道开挖势必会对站房结构安全造成威胁,实际施工中主要通过经验方法来判断房屋是否安全。本文以南昌轨道交通2号线下穿南昌火车站工程为背景,采用数值模拟方法分析盾构隧道下穿施工引起的火车站站房沉降变形情况,房屋最大沉降为6.49 mm,远小于经验方法的沉降限值30 mm,随后采用改进的Boone方法预测站房受损情况,判定结果为隧道施工很可能造成站房结构的轻微裂损。经验方法预测结果偏于不安全,应在施工前采取加固保护措施对站房进行保护。The safety of adjacent railway station building is inevitably impacted by tunneling. During construction, whether a building was safe or not was mainly judged by experience. Based on the project of Nanchang subway tunnel going through Nanchang railway station,numerical simulation was carried out to analyze settlement deformation of railway station building induced by tunneling. The maximum settlement of the building is 6. 49 mm, much less than the empirical limit value 30 mm. The damage of railway station building induced by tunneling was evaluated by improved Boone method. The results show that tunnel excavation may cause minor damage. Empirical method may be risky. Protection measures and reinforcement shall be applied to the railway station building prior to tunneling.
