摘 要:哈大高铁是世界上第一条修建于严寒地区的采用无砟轨道的高速铁路,建设及运营管理均无成熟经验可供借鉴。本文针对哈大高铁出现的路基冻胀现象,通过广泛调查,总结发现了路基冻胀特点和规律,通过原因分析及系统性、针对性的试验研究,提出了适合严寒地区高速铁路的路基变形监测、路基接缝封堵、设置渗水盲沟等一系列路基冻胀监测与整治技术,为哈大高铁的养护维修提供了理论和技术支持,也为2015年冬季达速提供了技术保证。上述成果在哈大、哈齐、沈丹、盘营等高速铁路得到了充分应用,取得了良好效果,对我国严寒地区高速铁路的后续设计、施工和运营管理具有重要参考价值。Harbin-Dalian high speed railway ( HSR) is the first slab-type ballastless track in severe cold areas all over the world. There is no experience to be used for reference on construction and operation management. In this paper,based on the widely investigation of subgrade frost heaving in HSR,the characteristic and laws of subgrade frost heaving were summarized. By reason analyzing and experimental studying,a series of treatment technologies for subgrade frost heaving were proposed,including subgrade deformation monitoring,joint sealing,and seepage blind ditch. All of these technologies provide theoretical and technical supports for maintenance of HSR,and also provide technical guarantee for"speed reaching"in 2015 winter. Above achievements were fully applied in Harbin-Dalian, Harbin-Qiqihaer,Shenyang-Dandong,Panjing-Yingkou HSR,etc. The applications obtained good performances, which provide important reference for the future design,construction and operational management for HSR in severe cold areas of China.
