摘  要:钢筋锈蚀对钢筋与混凝土间的黏结性能影响显著,通过对锈蚀率分别为0,0.5%,2%,4%,6%的5组试件的拉拔试验,结合声发射检测系统,研究了锈蚀钢筋混凝土的黏结破坏过程和声发射信号特征变化。试验结果表明:对于实验室条件下的加速钢筋锈蚀试验,采用声发射定位技术可以准确地反映钢筋锈蚀造成混凝土损伤的位置和程度;试件声发射能量随着锈蚀率的增加而减小,根据声发射参数的变化特征,可将声发射信号划分为与黏结-滑移曲线相对应的4个阶段,分析能量、信号幅值、上升时间等声发射参数在破坏过程中的变化规律,能较清晰地反映试件黏结性能退化的过程,一定程度上可以较早地预测试件的破坏。Steel bar corrosion has significant effects on the bond performance between the reinforcing steel bar and concrete. Pull-out tests combined with acoustic emission ( AE) detection system were conducted for 5 groups of specimens with 0,0. 5%,2%,4%,6% corrosion rate. The aim of tests was to study the corroded reinforced concrete damage process and the variation characteristics of AE signals. The results show that AE location can accurately reflect the position and level of concrete damage caused by steel bar corrosion from the accelerating steel bar corrosion test in laboratory. The AE energy of specimen decreases with the corrosion rate increasing. According to the characteristics of AE parameters,the AE signals can be divided into four stages which are corresponding to its bond-slip curve. By analyzing the chang law of AE parameters in the process of destruction,such as energy,signal amplitude,rise time and so on,the results can clearly reflect the degradation process of specimen bond performance, and early forecast the failure of specimen to a certain extent.
