摘 要:根据公权力和私权利城市空间可以划分为公共空间和私人空间,且公共空间和私人空间在国家与社会关系变迁中不断分离和融合,改变了我国目前城市空间的治理基础。城市空间的政治属性和社会属性在推动西方城市治理范式变迁的同时,也印证了城市空间权力结构碎片化问题,而城市空间权力碎片化问题是城市政治学必须持续关注的命题。城市空间权力结构碎片化带来的自治和维权两种公共风险在一定时期内仍将困扰城市空间治理和城市空间发展。城市空间权力结构碎片化实质上是城市空间治理逻辑的重构,即城市空间治理必须同时处理好城市空间治理中的权力结构碎片化问题和城市空间权力结构碎片化中的空间整合问题。The urban space can be divided into public space and private space according to public power and private rights. The public space and the private space separate and integrate continually under the fluctua- tion of the relationship between the state and the society, which changes the present foundation of the urban space governance. The political attributes and social attributes of the urban space not only promote the trans- formation of the western urban governance paradigm, but also confirm the fragmentation problem of urban space with power structure, and it is the proposition that the city politics must continue to focus on. The gov- ernance and development of the urban space will still be troubled by the two kinds of public risks brought by the urban space fragmentation of power structure. The fragmentation of the power structure of urban space, in fact, is the reconstruction of the governance logic of urban space, that is to say, the urban space governance must deal with the fragmentation problem of urban space with power structure and the space integration prob- lem of urban space with power structure at the same time.
