摘  要:以紫楠(Phoebe sheareri)、浙江楠(P.chekiangensis)、闽楠(P.bournei)、楠木(P.zhennan)、白楠(P.neurantha)、山楠(P.chinensis)为试材,对6种楠木属植物的幼茎及表皮细胞进行了比较研究。结果表明,紫楠幼茎密生锈色被毛,圆柱形,接近顶芽位置呈扁平状,表皮细胞形状相似,不规则,分布杂乱;浙江楠幼茎有白色被毛,少量斑点,表皮颜色较绿,侧枝部位扁平状,表皮细胞分布整齐,形状规则,近矩形;闽楠幼茎表皮无被毛,光滑,颜色绿紫,似圆锥形,较细,表皮细胞大,分布整齐,形状各异;楠木幼茎表皮无被毛,有白色附属物,扁平状,有菱有凹,有不规则形状的红色斑点,表皮细胞小,杂乱不规则;白楠幼茎表皮无被毛,近圆柱形,有凹痕,颜色较绿,紫色斑点较多且向外凸出,幼茎表皮细胞间隙大,分布较乱;山楠幼茎表皮无被毛,光滑,有菱又有凹痕,大量的红色斑点,斑点呈长条状,表皮细胞分布均匀,大小相近,较密。该结果可以用于对6种楠木属植物进行童期鉴定。With Phoebe sheareri,Phoebe chekiangensis,Phoebe bournei,Phoebe zhennan,Phoebe neuranthaand Phoebe chinensis as test materials,six kinds of young stems and epidermal cells of Phoebe plants are compared.The results show that for Phoebe sheareri,young stem wity rust color is coated in cylindrical shape,it is flat near the terminal bud position,epidermal cells are similar in irregular and clutter distribution;for Phoebe chekiangensis,young stems are with white hair with a small amount of spots,skin color is light green,collateral parts are flat,epidermal cell is neat distributed inregular and near rectangle shape.For Phoebe bournei,young stem epidermis is without hair,it is smooth with green and purple color,like a cone,it is more fine,epidermal cells are large,and they are neat distributed.For Phoebe zhennan,young stem epidermis is coated with white appendages,flat,a diamond with recess with red irregular spots,small epidermal cells in irregular shape.For Phoebe neurantha,young stem epidermis is coated,and it is nearly cylindrical,pitted in green color and with large purple spots,they are outward,and theeyoung stem epidermal cell has gap,and it is more chaotic distribution.For Phoebe chinensis,young stem epidermis is coated and it is smooth with dents and Ling and a large number of red strip like spots,the epidermal cells are uniformly distributed with similar size in more denser shape.The results can be used for child genus evaluation for 6 Phoebe species.
