摘 要:目的观察液体骨结合微创内固定治疗跟骨骨折的临床效果。方法 入选2013年3月~2015年1月河北省廊坊市人民医院收治的跟骨骨折患者100例为受试对象,随机分为治疗组(50例)和对照组(50例)。治疗组接受液体骨结合微创内固定治疗,对照组接受传统撬拔复位后克氏针置入内固定术治疗,比较两组手术相关指标、骨折愈合时间、足部功能、并发症等指标。结果 治疗组术中出血量显著少于对照组,骨折愈合时间、下地活动时间均显著短于对照组(P〈0.01)。治疗组SandersⅠ~Ⅳ型的骨折愈合时间均明显短于对照组,差异有高度统计学意义(P〈0.01)。两组手术前后跟骨Bohler角、Gissane角比较,差异有高度统计学意义(P〈0.01)。两组术后6个月足部功能比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。两组术后感染、延迟愈合或不愈合、创伤性关节炎发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论 液体骨结合微创内固定治疗跟骨骨折有利于缩短骨折愈合时间和住院时间,足部功能恢复良好。Objective To observe clinical efficacy of liquid bone combined with minimally invasive internal fixation in the treatment of calcaneal fracture. Methods 100 patients with calcaneal fracture from March 2013 to January 2015 in People's Hospital of Langfang City, Hebei Province were selected as study objects and randomly divided into treatment group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases). Liquid bone combined with minimally invasive internal fixation treatment were used in treatment group, traditional pry pull reset and Kirschner wire fixation treatment were applied in control group. Surgery-related indicators, fracture healing time, foot function, complications between two groups were com- pared. Results Intraoperatve blood soss of treatment group was significantly less than that of control group, fracture healing time and down time of treatment group were significantly shorter than those of control group (P 〈 0.01). Frac- ture healing times of Sanders ~ I -IV in treatment group were significantly shorter than those in control group, with sta- tistical differences (P 〈 0.01). Bfihler angle, Gissane angle of calcaneus before and after operation in two groups were compared, with statistical differences (P 〈 0.01). Foot function after operation of 6 months in two groups was compared, with no statistical difference (P 〉0.05). Incidence rate of postoperative infection, delayed union or don't heal, traumatic arthritis were compared, with no statistical difference (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Liquid bone combined with minimally in- vasive internal fixation in the treatment of calcaneal fracture can help shorten fracture healing time and hospital stay, can accelerate foot functional recovery.
