摘 要:本文在对蔬菜价格恢复力进行界定的基础上,构建了蔬菜价格恢复力模型,分析了供给因素对蔬菜价格恢复力的影响。结果显示:蔬菜价格对不同供给因素变化的敏感程度由高到低依次为生产成本、自然因素、流通成本;蔬菜价格恢复力与蔬菜价格对供给因素的敏感程度呈反比;研究期间我国蔬菜价格对供给因素干扰的恢复力呈波动式、无规则变化。最后,针对实证分析的结果提出了相应的供给侧措施。Based on the definition of vegetable price resilience, this paper built the model of vegetable price resilience, and analyzed the influence of supply factors on vegetable price resilience. The results showed: the sensitivity degree of vegetable price to different supply factors from high to low were production costs, natural factors, distribution costs in turn; the vegetable price resilience were inversely proportional to the sensitivity degree of vegetable price to supply factors;the resilience that Chinese vegetable price to the supply factors presented a fluctuated, Irregular change during the study period. Finally, according to the results of the empirical analysis, the corresponding supply-side measures were proposed.
