摘　　要：随着2007年海域使用权基准价格制度开始实施,我国海域有偿使用管理迈上了一个新的台阶,海洋经济增速明显加快。本文在阐述我国海域使用权基准价格与海洋功能区划关系的基础上,探讨基于海洋功能区划的海域使用权基准价格体系的理论框架,旨在促进我国海域使用权基准价格体系的系统化、规范化,使海域有偿使用管理更加科学化和合理化。Titanium not only has the potential in the field of high-end manufacturing, but also in many traditional areas of alternative possibilities. At present,China’s high-end Titanium products mainly rely on imports. As the dollar denominated products, they are mostly influenced by U.S. dollar and other international financial factors. This article from the perspective of Quantitative Finance, on the basis of Single integration test, Cointegration test, long term relationship analysis between variables, To establish the VAR model between the international Titanium iron price and the dollar index, and to study the interaction between the two variables. The result shows that there is not only negative correlation but also Granger causality relationship between both of them. On the basis of the empirical, provide reference for the development of Titanium industry in China.
