摘　　要：目的:运用PDCA循环降低PIVAS排药差错。方法:PIVAS药师依据PDCA循环原理,将实施前后的排药差错进行比较,并对产生原因进行分析,制定相应的防范措施。结果:经过持续改进,PIVAS排药差错率由0.033%下降至0.015%。结论:PDCA循环显著降低PIVAS排药差错率,提高了工作质量,保证了用药安全。Objective： To reduce incidence of dispensing errors in PIVAS by PDCA cycle. Methods： Before and after implementation of the PDCA cycle, pharmacists in PIVAS compared dispensing errors, analyzed the causes and took corresponding preventive measures. Results：Dispensing errors rate was decreased from 0.033% to 0.015% after continuous improvement. Conclusion： PDCA cycle could significantly decrease the incidence of dispensing errors in PIVAS, improve the work efficiency, and ensure the safety of drug use in patients.
