摘　　要：在尿素生产的过程中,尿素合成塔是重要的生产设备。一旦合成塔出现泄漏问题,就会导致整个尿素生产装置的安全、高效和稳定运行受到影响。所以,出现泄漏事故后,设备维护管理人员还要做好泄漏原因的分析,以便寻求科学的处理措施进行事故的处理。基于这种认识,在对尿素合成塔结构展开分析的基础上,对一种尿素合成塔泄漏事故的原因和处理问题展开了分析,从而为关注这一话题的人们提供参考。In the process of urea production, urea synthetic tower is an important production equipment.Once in synthetic tower leakage problems, will lead to the safety of the urea production plant, efficient and stable operation.So, Leak after the accident, equipment maintenance personnel need to get the analysis of leakage causes, in order to seek the scientific measures for the handling of the accident.Based on this understanding, this article analyses of urea synthesis tower structure on the basis of the leakage of urea is a kind of the cause of the accident analYsis and deal with the problem, so as to provide reference for the people who pay attention to the subject.
