摘　　要：简述茂名石化200t/h酸性水汽提装置概况及装置运行情况,对氨汽提塔底再沸器的腐蚀原因从腐蚀介质、腐蚀机理、装置处理量与设备运行周期的关系等方面进行详细分析说明,提出了几种防腐防垢措施,并针对装置处理量的不同,制定了几种氨汽提塔底再沸器的设计方案,为今后此类装置的设计提供借鉴。Description of Maoming Petrochemical 200t/h sour water stripper device before the device and operation of the ammonia stripping column bottom reboiler Corrosion in terms of corrosive media, the relationship between the corrosion mechanism, and means for processing the amount of equipment operating cycle, etc.detailed analysis shows that corrosion scale proposed several measures, and the amount of processing for different devices, and the development of several ammonia stripper bottom reboiler design, provide a reference for the future design of such devices.
