摘　　要：选取济南某油库作为服务对象,通过安装雷电预警系统探测雷云的运动情况,对所在该油库雷电预警系统进行系统设计,在雷暴来临前提醒用户做好安全防护措施,同时以2015年7月30日济南市一次强降水过程为例,进行系统应用测试,跟踪检测系统运行情况及服务效果。结果表明,油库雷电预警系统闪电监测准确,预警信息发布及时,服务对象较为满意。Select a depot Jinan as clients, by installing lightning warning system to detect the movement of thunderclouds on the depot where the lightning warning system for system design, before the arrival of thunderstorms alert the user to do a good job safety measures while July 2015 May 30, Jinan City a heavy rainfall, for example, system application testing, tracking and detection system operation and service effectiveness.The results show that the depot lightning lightning warning system to monitor accurately and timely warning information release, higher user satisfaction.
