摘 要:选取平均粒径为0.82mm的宽筛分烟煤为床料,考察煤中水分(含水率)对煤在小型内热流化床煤调湿实验台中的流动特性的影响.绘制流化床内流化速度与床层高度、床层压降的关系曲线并进行分析.结果表明:煤料的临界流化速度为0.3~0.4m/s;高水分煤料(含水率为16.3%~17.8%的煤)的临界流化速度比低水分煤料(含水率为12.4%~13.7%的煤)的临界流化速度增加了20%,即含水率过高不利于煤的流化;高水分煤在流化过程中甚至出现了腾涌现象,使流化恶化,故应将流化煤料的含水率控制在14%以下.Selecting bituminous coal with average particle size of 0.82 mm as bed material and investigating the influence of the moisture of coal (namely,moisture content of materials)on its flow characteristics in a fluidized bed experiment rig,the relationship curves of fluidizing velocity vs bed height and bed pressure drop were drawn and analyzed.The results show that the critical fluidizing velocity of the coal is 0.3~0.4 m/s;compared with low moisture coal material (moisture content of the coal is 12.4% ~ 13.7% ),the critical fluidizing velocity of high moisture coal material (moisture content of the coal is 16.3% ~ 17.8%)increases by 20%,namely,high moisture content is bad for the fluidization of coal;even the slugging phenomenon a high moisture coal may appear in the process of fluidization,which worsens the fluidization.Therefore,the moisture content of coal material should be controlled under 14 %.
