摘 要:【目的】通过比较形态学研究,了解蛱蝶雄性外生殖器的形态特征,揭示其形态差异与多样性,为该类群的物种鉴定、系统发育分析与物种分化与形成提供依据。【方法】选取新疆具有代表性的七种蛱蝶科昆虫,即福蛱蝶Fabriciana niobe(Linnaeus)、灿福蛱蝶Fabriciana adippe Denis et Schiffer、银斑豹蛱蝶Argrnnis aglaja Linnaeus、绿豹蛱蝶Argrnnis paphia(Linnaeus)、荨麻蛱蝶Aglais urticae(Linnaeus)、朱蛱蝶Nymphalis xanthomelas Denis et Schiffer和孔雀蛱蝶Inachis io(Linnaeus)等,通过解剖制作器雄性外生殖器标本,比较其雄性外生殖器形态、结构特征。【结果】蛱蝶的雄性外生殖器,尤其是阳茎、钩突、基腹弧、抱器瓣等结构的形态特征在种、属间具有明显差异。建立了新疆七种蛱蝶的分属、种检索表。【结论】蛱蝶的雄性外生殖器的形态多样、结构复杂,具有明显的种间差异,是物种鉴定,特别是区分近似种的重要依据;亦有望成为种上阶元划分的重要依据。[ Objective] The project aims to conduct comparative morphological research on male genitalia of seven species in Nymphalidae to reveal morphological differences in male genitalia of species in this family. The research is likely to help provide more reliable morphological evidence for identification, phylogenetic a- nalysis, and further research on speciation and diversification of nymphalid species. [ Method] Seven repre- sentative nymphalid species in Xinjiang were selected for the comparative morphological study on male genita- lia. These seven species included Argrnnis aglaja Linnaeus, Argrnnis paphia (Linnaeus), Aglais urticae (Linnaeus), Fabriciana adippe Denis et Schiffer, Fabriciana niobe (Linnaeus), Inachis io (Linnaeus), and xanthomelas Denis et Schiffer. [ Result] The male genitalia in Nymphalidae, especially the struc- tures of aeagus, uncus, vinculum and valvae were quite different among the genera and species. Thus a key to seven species of Nymphalidae from Xinjiang based on their genital structure was established. [ Conclusion] The structures of male genitalia are complex and distinct among species. They could be applied to identify species, especially cryptic or sibling species. In addition, because of the distinctive difference morphological fea- ture of male genitalia among genera in Nymphalidae. It is predicted that they should play an important role in the division of higher taxonomic levels.
