摘  要:考察了萃取温度、时间、压力3个因素对苞叶雪莲超临界CO_2萃取法提取率的影响,研究超临界CO_2萃取苞叶雪莲最佳工艺,并对萃取物进行了GC-MS检测及分析。结果表明:最佳提取条件为萃取温度45℃、萃取时间2h、萃取压力26 MPa;通过GC-MS初步鉴定出25种成分,主要成分为二十四烷、二十七烷、香树精、γ-谷甾醇、棕榈酸及亚油酸、亚麻酸等。The effects of 3 factors such as extraction temperature, time and pressure on the extraction rate of Sauseurea obyallata extracts by supercritical CO2 extraction process were investigated to study the optimum process for extracting Sauseurea obyallata, and the extracts were detected and analyzed by GC-MS. The results showed that the best extraction conditions were extraction temperature 45℃, extraction time 2 h, extraction pres- sure 26 MPa. Twenty-five components were identified by GC-MS, the main components were tetracosane, heptaco- sane, aromadendrin, γ-sitosterol, palmitic acid ,linoleic acid and linolenic acid and so on.
