益气消瘀汤治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨益气消瘀汤治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法随机选取在我院接受住院治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭患者386例,分成实验组和对照组各193例,对照组采取常规西药治疗,实验组在对照组基础上联合益气消瘀汤治疗,结束后比较两组患者效果。结果两组患者疗效（χ^2=6.14,P〈0.05）,心功能等级疗效（χ2=3.78,P〈0.05）,差异显著。结论采取益气消瘀汤治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭患者,治疗效果较为满意,适合在临床上推广使用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Xiaoyu decoction in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure. Methods 386 cases of chronic congestive heart failure patients were randomly selected, and they were divided randomly into experimental group of 193 cases and control group of 193 cases. The control group was treated with routine Western medicine. The experimental group was treated with Yiqi Xiaoyu decoction on the basis of routine Western medicine. The therapeutic effect was compared. Result There were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the therapeutic effect （χ2 =6. 14, P〈0. 05） and the heart function effect （χ2 =3. 78, P〈0. 05）, EF（t=5. 28, P〈0. 05）, BNP（t=7. 15, P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Yiqi Xiaoyu decoction in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure has obtained satisfactory effect. This method is suitable to use in the clinical practice.
