摘　　要：目的主要介绍罗才贵教授在治疗月经不调中,运用中医理论,从整体、肝、脾、肾及气血方面论治的临床经验。方法本人师承罗才贵教授,通过跟师学习,整理罗老治疗月经不调的病案,进而进行归纳总结。结果罗才贵教授治疗月经不调经过临床验证,疗效确切。结论罗才贵教授治疗月经不调临床经验丰富,疗效确切,其经验值得临床推广。Objective Irregular menstruation is a common disease of gynecology. This paper mainly introduced the clinical experience of Professor Luo Caigui who used traditional Chinese medical theory to treat irregular menstruation based on the overall, liver, spleen, kidney and qi blood. Method Through learning with teacher, we sorted out medical records of Professor Luo Caigui in the treatment of irregular menstruation, and then summed up. Result Professor Luo Caigui in the treatment of irregular menstruation has definite effect through clinical verifications. Conclusion Professor Luo Caigui has rich clinical experience in treating irregular menstruation, and has definite effect, whose experience is worthy of clinical promotion.
