腹部推拿联合电动牵引对腰椎间盘突出症患者VAS及IgG、IgM的影响

摘　　要：目的观察腹部推拿联合电动牵引对重度腰椎间盘突出症患者VAS及IgG、IgM指标的影响。方法将60例重度腰椎间盘突出症患者,采用随机数字表法,分为对照组、治疗组各30例。对照组采用电动牵引治疗,治疗组采用腹部推拿联合电动牵引治疗。于治疗前、治疗1个疗程后对VAS评分及IgG、IgM指标进行评定。结果 (1)与治疗前比较,治疗后两组VAS评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且组间比较,VAS评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)与治疗前比较,治疗后两组IgG、IgM指标变化差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹部推拿联合电动牵引能显著改善腰椎间盘突出症患者的疼痛及相关免疫指标,是一种值得临床推广应用的治疗方案。Objective To observe the effect of abdominal massage and electric traction on VAS, IgG and IgM of lumbar disc herniation. Methods According to random number table, sixty sever patients met the criteria were randomly divided equally into 2 groups. Patients in the control group were administrated with the electric traction, while the treatment group took abdominal massage and electric traction. The curative effects of the patients were evaluated from the following aspects of visual analogue scale, IgG and IgM. Results Comparing with those before treatment, the differences by the standard of VAS after treatment between the two groups were statistically significant （ P 〈0. 05）, and group differences were statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Comparing with those before treatment, the differences by IgG and IgM after treatment between the two groups were statistically significant （P〈0. 05）, and group differences were statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Abdominal massage combined with electric traction can significantly improve pain and the related immune indexes, and is worthy of clinical application of the treatment scheme.
