摘　　要：因非公募基金会不得面向公众募捐,对初始投资进行保值增值是其存续和发展的基础。随着非公募基金会的规模不断扩大,非公募基金会的投资问题也受到越来越多的关注。本文通过系统梳理国内外关于非公募基金会投资方面的相关研究成果,发现国内既有文献主要以经验总结和案例分析为主,不仅缺乏系统的理论分析,而且实证分析也很少。鉴于此,文章提出未来研究可以围绕投资行为和公益能力两者之间的关系展开,为我国非公募基金会投资的后续研究提供参考。Due to the private foundations are not allowed to raise money from the public, preserving and increas- ing the value of initial investment is the basis to private foundations＇ survival and growth. With the increasing scale of private foundations, the issues about private foundations＇ investment have also received more and more concern. By sorting out the research findings about private foundations＇ investment over the world, we found that existing literature in China mainly focused on empirical generalization and case analysis. In view of this, this paper proposed that the future study should pay more attention to the relationship between investment behavior and public service ability, which can provide a reference for the subsequent study on Chinese private foundations.
