祛瘀消斑胶囊消退和稳定动脉粥样硬化斑块的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨祛瘀消斑胶囊对动脉粥样硬化斑块的稳定及消退作用。方法对照组动脉粥样硬化患者经临床常规治疗,研究组在常规治疗基础上加用祛瘀消斑胶囊,记录两组治疗前后动脉粥样硬化斑块稳定性变化情况、消退程度及血脂指标改善效果。结果两组动脉粥样硬化患者治疗前IMT、AIIc%及血脂检测结果对比并无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后两组IMT、TC、TG、LDL-C均较之前有所减小,而AIIc%、HDL-C则较之前增加,研究组改善效果优于对照组,对比结果具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论对动脉粥样硬化患者给予常规治疗基础上加用祛瘀消斑胶囊可显著提高斑块稳定性并缩小体积,有利于达到更为理想的治疗效果。Objective To investigate the role of Quyu Xiaoban capsule on regression and stabilization of atherosclerotic plaque. Methods The control group used routine clinical care. The research group used Quyu Xiaoban capsule on the basis of the conventional therapy. The changes of the stability of atherosclerotic plaque before and after treatment in two groups were recorded, and the effect of improving the degree of regression and blood lipid were recorded. Results Before treatment, IMT, AIIc% and lipids level between the two groups had no significant difference （P＆gt;0. 05）. After treatment, IMT, TC, TG and LDL-C of the two groups were decreased compared with before, and HDL-C and AIIc% increased, the improvement of the research group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was significant （P＆gt;0. 05）. Conclusion The conventional therapy combined with Quyu Xiaoban capsule can significantly improve the stability, is beneficial to achieve a more ideal therapeutic effect.
