牵正散加味配合针刺治疗面神经炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察牵正散加味配合针刺治疗面神经炎的临床疗效。方法将62例面神经炎患者分为治疗组31例,对照组31例。治疗组以牵正散加味配合针刺治疗,对照组以常规医药治疗,两组均治疗14天后观察疗效。结果治疗组治疗后的评分值高于对照组,治疗组总有效率为93.5%,对照组总有效率为67.7%,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论牵正散加味配合针刺治疗面神经炎的疗效较好。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Modified Qianzheng powder combined with acupuncture in the treatment of facial neuritis. Methods A total of 62 patients of facial neuritis were divided into two groups, 31 cases in the treatment group an 31 cases in the control group. The treatment group was treated with Qianzheng powder and acupuncture treatment, an the control group used conventional medical treatment. After 14 days, the therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Results The scores after treatment in the treatment group were higher than those of the control group. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93. 5%, and the total effective rate of the control group was 67. 7%. There was a statistically significant difference between the total effective rate of the two groups （ P＆lt;0. 05）. Conclusion Qianzheng powder combined with acupuncture has better effect on facial neuritis.
